We oversee all organisational tasks of the gallery festival, are in charge of all Social Media channels, handle paid media, content production, extensive live streams, coordinate press and all printed matters.
Our digital strategy consists of the conceptualisation and realisation of a fully responsive, mobile-first website. We also built an additional website, a state-of-the-art knowledge database Curated by Archive, a searchable archive of all iterations of the festival. Over the past two years, the video production was optimised and edited to support our social media content strategy consisting of showcasing art educational formats like guided tours, knowledge on artworks and introducing curators and gallerists. In combination with using this content for paid campaigns, we managed to surpass all set KPIs.
