We are a free-spirited, fun-oriented team looking for a new team member. Our office is located in the 10th district in Vienna and is used as our meeting and creative hub, with home office possibilities to cover all needs. — Ideally a digital native with a knack for organization and structure
— Self-initiative and hands-on mentality
— Ability to quickly complete various tasks using digital tools (don’t worry, introductions and templates are provided)
— Mandatory knowledge in Bilanzbuchhaltung
— Experience in digital/advertising agencies or art institutions is welcome but not mandatory
— Coordination of internal office organization and workflows
— HR management: leave planning, supervision of trainees and interns
— Bookkeeping and invoicing
— Travel management for the team
— Data maintenance and documentation across all departments
— Office equipment maintenance and procurement of work supplies
Salary is €1,500 BRUT, paid 14 times a year for 20 hours per week.
