Istvan founded treat.agency in 2012 and has been building it ever since. He is the sole owner and acting CEO, and oversees most major projects in close collaboration with the respective directors.

After studying Business Administration and Informatics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he earned a Master of Science degree, he went on to study Art History at the University of Vienna while already working as a freelancer.

From the very beginning, his vision for the agency has been to create a space for free and creative work, focused on developing outstanding creative solutions.

Istvan became a certified accessibility expert in 2025 to be able to embed this extraordinarily important topic into the agency.
