We are a free-spirited, fun-oriented team looking for a new team member. Our office is located in the 10th district in Vienna and is used as our meeting and creative hub, with home office possibilities to cover all needs. This position is currently advertised as part-time, however we would like to decide on the specific number of hours during the application process, depending on availability, skills, and preferences.
— Ideally a digital native with a knack for organization and structure
— Experience with project management and larger, long term projects
— Ability to independently research new topics and source reliable data
— Self-initiative and hands-on mentality
— Ability to quickly complete various tasks using digital tools
— Fluent in German and English
— Experience in digital/advertising agencies or art institutions is welcome but not mandatory
— Independent management of "commercial" client projects, including all B2B clients and chambers — this covers: client communication, task distribution and feedback to specialist departments (development, design, social media, and video)
— Research, coordination, management and organization of third-party assignments: printers, freelancers, media agencies, etc. (in collaboration with the respective specialist departments and the Director of Branding Strategies)
— Creative and strategic contribution to planned campaigns and pitches
Entry salary is €1,500 BRUT, paid 14 times a year for 20 hours per week.
